Two reading cycles run inside each month. The structure below repeats so members always know where the community is without checking a schedule.

Reading Begins
The first cycle text opens. Members post intended pace and first impressions before any interpretation is offered.

Reflection and Discussion
Thematic prompts move the group through ethics, structure, ambiguity, canon, and personal application.

Q and A Phase
Reader questions are gathered and curated. Where the author participates, answers are published to the thread.

Shelving and Polling
Members record honest StoryGraph activity and respond to the month's community polls.

Voting and Feedback Compilation
Ballots open to members who completed the reading. Feedback is compiled into the author report.

Author Recognition
Results are announced. Seals and credentials are issued where a recognition has been awarded.

Second Reading Cycle
The month's second text opens, running the same discipline on a shorter runway.
- 08
Final Reflection
Closing written reflections from both cycles are submitted and archived.

Month Close Summary
A published summary records what was read, what was argued, and what was decided.
Nothing in the structure requires a member to be present daily. It requires them to be present deliberately.

Our reading calendar, as written
Reading Calendar Our reading calendar provides structure without pressure.
Each Quarterly Studio Cycle opens with Week 1, First Impressions, where members post initial reactions, early questions, and their intended reading pace. Weeks 2 through 10 carry the Studio Prompts, a new thematic prompt released every Monday, rotating through the ethics of the central characters, the author's structural choices, deliberate ambiguities left unresolved, connections to other works in the canon, and how the book lands against the reader's own life. The final weeks are reserved for Reflection and Recognition Voting, when members submit closing reflections and cast their ballots in that quarter's recognitions.
